Arizona School Boards Association Policy Manuals
To NAVIGATE through the Table of Contents select the name of the Infobase you wish to search or navigate by clicking on the plus (+) sign. This will take you to a screen with section headings. To navigate by the index click on the plus (+) sign next to the section selected and click on the policy by name or code.
For SEARCHING by words, phrases, or other identifiers click on the pull-down box in the upper left and select an "Advanced Search" or an "Expert Search". You must then highlight the name of the Infobase you wish to search in order to get results from that infobase.
PLEASE NOTE! If ASBA is highlighted you will get the first policy containing your SEARCH information in any infobase in the entire group of infobases. ALSO, if you select SEARCH before selecting to NAVIGATE the table of contents, you must complete the search before the NAVIGATE sequence will work.

This Manual contains the policies of the Governing Board and administrative regulations of the Superintendent. Policy and administrative regulation development in a modern, forward-looking school system is a dynamic, ongoing process. New problems, issues, and needs give rise to the continuing necessity to develop new policies and regulations or to revise existing ones.

The Manual is organized according to the classification system of the National School Boards Association. The system provides an efficient means of coding, filing, and locating policies.
Please note: All copies of this manual are the property of the Sunnyside Unified School District No. 12.
There are twelve (12) major classifications, each identified by an alphabetical code:

Subclassification under each heading is based on logical sequence and alphabetical subcoding.
